Departure from Jaisalmer
- All sightseeing and transfers using AC vehicle [AC will be switched off during hills]. Sightseeing as per itinerary.
- All Parking Charges, Toll Taxes, State Tax & Driver's Allowances (food and lodging).
- The car will be with you from your arrival till your departure.
- Any Air Fare, Train Fare and any other destination not mentioned in the itinerary. Optional activities mentioned in itinerary.
- Any kind of insurance premium, food and beverage other than on package plan.
- Any entrance fees for the monument visit, camera fees, Guide Services, Porter Charges.
- Ropeway Charges, Boating, Elephant ride/ Horse ride/ Camel ride, etc, during sightseeing.
- Major meals i.e. Lunch & Dinner.
- Any Expenses of Personal Nature such as Laundry, Room Service, Mini Bar, Telephone, Room Heater charges
- Destination Rajasthan reserves the right to re-arrange the itinerary due to bad weather, road closure, landslides, Local Political Conditions, Local Strike etc.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- Goods & Service Tax (GST) applicable to the package cost.
- Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not treated as valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All international and domestic Airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Destination Rajasthan will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer will receive confirmation mail with 24 hours of successful booking from info@destinationrajasthan.com
- In case desired slots of customers are unavailable, Destination Rajasthan arrange new schedule as per customer preference and new confirmation mail will be send via e-mail
- Customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation, if desired slots not provided and full amount will be refund as per refund policy
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 30.00% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 10 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 45.00% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 10 days before the date of travel then 100.00% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 Bank Working days.
- The Customer need to share cancelled cheque or bank pass book at the time of refund request.
Payment Term Policy
- 100.00% of total tour cost will have to be paid on the date of booking. Without Payment Travel Trip will not confirmed
