Booking Policy

1. Advance Notice for Booking:

   • Booking should be made a minimum of 2 hours before the tour's start time.
   • Maximum booking window is 180 days prior to the trip.

2. Booking Methods:

   • Bookings can be made online through our website or via direct call.

3. Confirmation and Payment:

   • To confirm an online booking, an advance payment is required based on the estimated tour cost.
   • The advance amount is adjustable in the final trip payment.
   • Car allocation occurs 6 hours before the tour for confirmed bookings.

4. Information and Communication:

   • Customers receive car and driver details through SMS or email.
   • A printout of the booking receipt is required for identification.

5. Outstation Bookings:

   • For outstation trips, one-way car allocation is made at least 2 hours before departure.
