Advance Notice for Booking:
- Booking should be made a minimum of 2 hours before the tour's start time.
- Maximum booking window is 180 days prior to the trip.

Booking Methods:
- Bookings can be made online through our website or via direct call.

Confirmation and Payment:
- To confirm an online booking, an advance payment is required based on the estimated tour cost.
- The advance amount is adjustable in the final trip payment.
- Car allocation occurs 6 hours before the tour for confirmed bookings.

Information and Communication:
- Customers receive car and driver details through SMS or email.
- A printout of the booking receipt is required for identification.

Outstation Bookings:
- For outstation trips, one-way car allocation is made at least 2 hours before departure.
